         I/ We agree to:

  •        Pray for my/ my youth’s experience before and during this trip
  •        Pray for the other youth and their parents before, during, and after this trip
  •        Be an active participant in the life of First Christian Church Arlington
  •        To let the Youth Minister know in writing by 5/7/10 if I will not be able to attend
  •        To let the church office know if the best way to contact me changes before 7/31/10
  •        Complete a Parental Release, Medical Authorization, Youth/ Guardian’s Forms
  •        Share my experiences on this trip with my congregation

                 FCC will:     

  •          Ensure the member cost per youth is less than $50 per youth Chi Rho, $100 per youth CYF
  •          Keep you updated regularly with trip details
  •          Be in prayer weekly for your family throughout the summer
  •          Strive to provide a trip that fosters education, service, fellowship, and spiritual growth
